Not only that, but we get to visit some really cool parts of the world while we’re at it. Bonus.
Maybe I’m a bit jaded, but that’s what I always think when someone talks about short-term missions trips. I immediately wonder if the trip isn’t motivated more by ethnocentrism and tourism than altruism.
